I called from the eastern shore before committing to travel. The store confirmed they had the product, processed the transaction, but never put the product on will call. At pickup, had to wait for the crew to complete the transaction. Not very seamless.

Fawcetts rose to the challenge and provided my NV paper charts of Bermuda on time. Unfortunately, the NV Charts interface to download the electronic version of the charts is incredibly clunky, changes languages, and generally makes it very hard to download the electronic charts to use with Expedition. They were considerably easier to use when they came with a data CD.
