V-cleat with fairlead

Unlike most v-cleats, the fairlead keeps the line captive as well as assists in making sure the line doesn't pop out of the cleat. I also attached bolted one to a tang, and then put a shackle on the tang - making a small easily accessible and easy to adjust line on a furler assembly.
